With a plethora of entertainment available online whether it Netflix, Hotstar, or online games to keep us engaged on our screens. What is being observed is a general shift in sleep pattern among the younger generation, and slowly our sleeping clock has shifted towards two, three, or in some cases even four AM.

We are the first generation endowed with all the luxuries and sadly deteriorating health with-it.With love of empty calories in our hearts, and high of caffeine in our brains, slowly we are treading a path of impatient, and sleep deprived life style. Although with our busy life style, guaranteed sleep of certain hours may seem like a dream, but little tweaks can help us to live a life free of anxiety and anger.

How often have you made a resolution late night to work upon your health, because you can’t muster enough energy to get on the treadmill even after taking whole year gym membership? If you are feeling ho-hmm than get-up & go, because you want to sleep more. Lots of time, isn’t it?
